In order to better guarantee our orders, Flash Internet Floral has implemented the following schedule to be used as a rule
for order placement and associated delivery times. Please note that this schedule does not apply to holiday orders.

*Orders Placed After 10:00 AM, will go under the No Guarantee Status, See Below.
Provisions for Orders Placed Under the "NO GUARANTEE" Status
1. Delivery Date - Orders placed after 10:00 AM may not be guaranteed for same day delivery. Flash Internet Floral will attempt to place the order for same day delivery, but will not guarantee delivery by specified date.
If unable to place order for same day delivery, order will be placed the following business day.
2. Selection - If for any reason, your primary selection of arrangement may not be available under certain circumstances. You will be contacted regarding a second selection, or Flash Internet Floral will substitute the order with a suitable replacement.
3. Delivery Time - Orders placed to be delivered by a specific time, do not qualify for same day delivery. Delivery time will not be guaranteed.
4. Phone Number / Address - All orders not containing the proper address and phone number will be considered as "NO GUARANTEE" orders.

Please note that the schedule will serve as reference only. A message will be posted on our start page, during the holiday seasons, with the guaranteed cutoff date and time.
