Placing an Order

Please use the information below to assist you in placing an order. To place an order use the form located in our home page. Type in the recipients city and state to search for a florist. Select a florist from the list to view their arrangements. Choose the arrangement you would like to send, to proceed to our On-Line Order Form or call the florist directly to place your order.

**If for any reason we are unable to place an order with your selected florist, we reserve to right to substitute a second florist that services that area.

If you are pressed for time, use the Express Order Form to place you order. Located in our start page, the Express Order Form is made up of the most common arrangements sold by florists. Choose the type of arrangement you would liketo send, to process to the order form.

Floral Orders
All orders placed within the continental U.S. will include a service charge (please view the Service Charge below). All orders received through our On-line Order Form will be placed with your selected florist. If for any reason the florist is unable to deliver the order, Flash Internet Floral will substitute a different florist in the area of destination until one is found to take the order, no extra fees will be added in case this occurs. If the floral selection is not available during a holiday or season due to large demand, a Flash Internet Floral Representative will contact you to make arrangements for additional selections and guarantee status.

Service Charge
A service charge fee of $5.99 will be added to all orders.

FlowerCARD Orders
All orders placed using Florists' Interlink, Inc. FlowerCARD will be discounted 10%. **All orders placed directly to the shop via phone do not qualify for the FlowerCARD savings or/and other special incentive programs.
