How do I place an order?

In our home page, fill in the recipients city and state to search for a florists. Choose a florist from the list, to proceed to thier selection area. Select the type of arrangement you would like to send, to proceed to the order form. Fill our the form, if for any reason you are unsure of submitting payment information place your order via phone. Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an order number. An order confirmation will be emailed to you withing a few minuets of placing an order. If you do not receive the confirmation within 10 mins. contact us ASAP.

Can the flowers be delivered the same day?

All orders received before 12:00 EST will be guaranteed for delivery the same day. If for any reason their is a problem with your order due to incorrect address, delivery will not be guaranteed that day. In the event this happens, we will try to get your order out the same day, under a non-guarantee status.

Am I limited to the arrangements shown?

All arrangements shown are designer's choice arrangements. If you are needing a special arrangements, add specialty items, or design a special arrangement contact the florist directly or contact us. To contact us call 800-264-8361 and let our representatives assist you in placing your order.

Do I have to order via on-line only?

You are not limited only to our order forms. Their are many ways you can place an order. To place an order by phone, call 800-264-8361 and speak to a representative. If using your FlowerCARD, call the number on the back of the card or call our toll free number(800-264-8361). If you have access to a fax you can fill out the form, print it, and fax it to us at 800-264-8362.

What do I do if their is a problem with an order?

If for any reason you have a problem or question about an order you placed, you can use our Inquiry Order Form to send us your information. Or contact our customer service representatives to assist you with any question you may have. All inquiries require 24 hrs, to settle any problems you may have with an order.

Are all orders guaranteed?

All orders are protected with our 100% guarantee. If for any reason you have a problem with an order contact one of our representatives to help you with any questions you have. Same day delivery is only guaranteed if order is placed before 12:00 EST. How do I use the FlowerCARD?

To receive your free FlowerCARD and save 10% on every order, use our registration form to register for a free card. To use your card, simply call the 800 number on the back of the card to place an order. If placing an order via on-line, fill out the order form when you reach the FlowerCARD field, type in your FlowerCARD number to receive your discount.

How is my order processed?

Once your order is submitted you will receive a confirmation of your order. All credit cards are processed within 24 hrs. If their is a problem with your payment you will be contacted by email. If for any reason an order is cancelled before the delivery date, your credit card will be credited.
